Follow easy steps below to send your impression to PC Dental Lab. Start by downloading one of our Rx Forms below.
Afterward, upload your completed form with image files to our Drive folder so you can get your case underway!

Uploads files

We've ensured that uploading files directly to our lab is easy and efficient. Simply click on the link below and upload your case photos, DICOM files, shade match photos, or any other documents relevant to your case into our Drive™ folder.

For uploads that contain a large number of files (including DICOM files), please ZIP the files into a single archive before uploading. If you would like to add notes to your files, please complete and submit the form below.

NOTE: Please name all your files with your name and practice name before uploading them. Ex: jane-smith-dental-center-tremblay-2019-12-09.pdf

How to Connect to Our Lab via DS Core

Log in to your DS Core account.

Go to “Connections” or “Partners.”

Click “Add Laboratory” or “Invite Partner.”

Search for Lab Pointe-Claire (PC) (or enter our email address if provided).

Send the connection request.

Once accepted, select Lab Dentaire PC when submitting your case.

How to Connect to Our Lab via iTero

Log in to your iTero account.

Go to the “Lab” or “My Labs” section.

Click “Add Lab” or “Search for a Lab.”

Search for Lab PC (or enter our lab email if provided).

Select our lab and click “Connect” or “Send Request.”

Once approved, choose Lab PC when submitting your case.

After connecting to us as a Lab, select Lab Dentaire PC when sending files
